- FD contains all records as required in the Contract.
- Compiled FD-Package provided to facilitate easy retrieval of any information during the exploitation phase of the project.
- Achieve optimization of defining, collecting, verifying, validating and approval of FD-records during the project.
Challenges for the Contractor
- Process to achieve optimization of defining, collecting, verifying, validating and compiling FD records to result in a compiled FD-package that meets contractual requirements.
- Ensuring that the above is performed at the right time in the project’s progress to minimize required resources and related costs.
- Satisfy expectations of the Employer.
