  • The Documented Information to be delivered to the Employer as part of the Contract.

Basic Expectation of Client

  • FD contains all records as required in the Contract.
  • Compiled FD-Package provided to facilitate easy retrieval of any information during the exploitation phase of the project.
  • Achieve optimization of defining, collecting, verifying, validating and approval of FD-records during the project.

Challenges for the Contractor

  • Process to achieve optimization of defining, collecting, verifying, validating and compiling FD records to result in a compiled FD-package that meets contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring that the above is performed at the right time in the project’s progress to minimize required resources and related costs.
  • Satisfy expectations of the Employer.
