Systematic approach in dealing with unplanned changes that requires an action to align with the contractual requirements or agreed planned activities in a project (PMS/PQMS).
Purpose
Manage unplanned events or deviations that requires a change to align to the contractual requirements or PMS/PQMS.
Examples of MOC-Processes
“Request for Concessions”, “Employer Instruction”, “Technical Query”, “Variations”, “Non-Conformities”,
“T&I Change Request”, etc.
APPROACH
Define the MOC Processes and their relationship to other processes in the project.
