A formalized system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives for a specific project.
Defines all necessary activities/task and related parameters in a structured way during the preparation phase to be able to achieve the customer’s quality expectations during the Project execution.
individual qa-plans
A Quality Plan according to ISO 10005 for a particular sub-scope of work.
These activities / tasks are defined on the basis of the quality standards set by the organization delivering the product and in line with the contract.
Definition according to ISO 9000 §3.8.09 – “Specification of the procedures and associated resources to be applied when and by whom to a specific object.”
individual ITP's
ITP for a particular sub-Scope of Work (sub-SoW).
Reporting templates
Defines the content and layout of the QC-records/reports for each indivdual ITP.
“Reporting Templates” are an indispensable part of the Individual ITP’s.
